Policy
Thank you for shopping with
Freedom Leathers! We try our best to ship your products as soon as
possible. We ship UPS every day and USPS every Tuesday and Friday.
If this is a rush order please let me know. I am more then willing to work with
our customers.
All USA orders are shipped priority mail or UPS Ground, with delivery
confirmation accept for large furniture items which are shipped UPS Ground. All
items are sent in a priority mail package or a plain brown box with a return
address of Micronack Technologies.
We
ship to nearly all countries; once again your item is shipped, depending on
size, via a global envelope or a plain brown box. If possible we will put some
form of confirmation on it. Please be aware that we do not falsify customs
documents and that we have NO control over customs. Most items get to their
destination within 10 days of mailing, however, if customs decides to hold the
item it could take as long as 90 working days. This is out of our control.
How We Calculate Shipping
We charge the full amount on
the highest shipping and 50% on each additional item unless states
IE You purchase a 1 leather
hide, 1 Suede Hide and 10 Conchos Shipping would be 12.00 for the first Hide
(full price) 6.00 for the second Hide (half price on shipping) 10 Conchos we
would adjust the shipping to zero for these.
IE 2) You purchase 10 Conchos Shipping would be 6.00
WE WILL ADJUST THE SHIPPING BEFORE CHARGING YOUR
CREDIT CARD AND WE WILL NEVER CHARGE YOU MORE THEN WHAT IS ON SITE, ALWAYS
LESS.

and Exchange Policy
Our customer satisfaction is
important to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product then
please return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days.
This guarantee is not transferable. To return any item please email
webmaster@freedomleathers.com for return instructions.
Privacy
We at
Freedom Leathers take your privacy seriously! We DO NOT send out any
flyers, unwanted emails, or phone calls, nor will we sell this information to
other parties, this is our promise to you. Your privacy is important to us and we will do our best to protect it.
